Project manager event and trade fair furniture

To strengthen our team in the Attikon central warehouse, we are looking for a versatile project manager for event and trade fair furniture 100%. You work independently and in a team on medium to large event and trade fair projects.


Your tasks include:

Advice, preparation of offers and project clarifications as well as resource planning of materials and employees. You support our logistics team on a daily basis by preparing, picking, loading and unloading vehicles and thus form an important interface. Quality controls on the material and the preparation of the rental furniture round off this varied, exciting position. You will also maintain existing customers, acquire new customers and support us with industry-targeted advertising measures.

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training (preferably in a woodworking craft business)
  • Resilient, even in hectic situations
  • Preferably 25 – 45 years young
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Rapid understanding
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Physically fit
  • Motivated and motivating personality
  • Craftsmanship
  • Well-groomed appearance
  • Flawless spoken and written German
  • Knowledge of English and French is an advantage
  • Good PC user skills
  • Driving license Cat. B (Cat. BE with trailer is an advantage)
  • Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends

Event and trade fair fitter | Assembly manager

You will come into direct contact with our customers on site and, depending on the size of the order, work in a team or take on individual tours. You offer our customers above-average friendly and helpful service and can deal with unforeseen situations calmly.

After an introduction, you will independently supply events and trade fairs with high-quality event furniture - this includes setting up and dismantling, cleaning and repairing before and after an event. Our logisticians in the Attikon warehouse will also support you with loading and unloading the vehicles.

After training in a logistics or crafts area, you have already put your skills to practical use. You have a quick comprehension, are resilient, work quickly and yet carefully. Your strengths include: friendly and customer-oriented manners, resilience, high flexibility and ability to work in a team.

And this is what you bring with you:

  • A basic training in logistics or craftsmanship (preferably event and trade fair construction)
  • Experience in handling 3.5T vans and 3.5T trailers
  • Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and friendly demeanor

  • Readiness for regular evening and weekend assignments
