To avoid any surprises, we calculate each request individually. We offer you the right furniture with your desired service at the guaranteed best possible price. To do this, send us your personal quote request via our website, by telephone or by email.

We guarantee that every quote request will be answered within 2 hours (24/7)

For these reasons we would like to calculate the offer personally for you:

  • Most of our products become cheaper as the total quantity increases
  • The price varies depending on the days of use. However, you only pay for the actual days of use!
  • Would you like to have the material delivered or pick it up from us?
  • If the rental furniture is to be assembled by our team, do you have helpers or a complete team on site?
  • We also grant an individual quantity discount based on the total quantity ordered
  • If you are a creative partner or an agency - then you also benefit from special conditions

Terms and Conditions of Creativework AG

To make your upcoming event an unforgettable experience thanks to impeccable service, we have internal quality standards developed. Nevertheless, it can happen that defects occur or there is cause for complaint. In this case, it is important to resolve these discrepancies as quickly as possible so that you can still enjoy the event. Support us and report any defects to the project manager or the responsible logistics specialists on site.

If your request is not met immediately, please contact your responsible project manager in our office. We are happy to assist you in any situation.

Rental furniture declaration

80% of all rental furniture is manufactured in our production facility in Switzerland (SWISS MADE). 

Fire safety certification

A significant part of the Rental furniture is partially or completely fireproof certified.

  • BS=fire protection certified / TBS=partial fire protection certified.
  • Fire protection certificates DIN EN 4102 T1+2 / B1 / CH 5.2 / 5.3.

Incorrect certification reserved. Compliance with cantonal fire protection regulations is the responsibility of the tenant. Creativework AG expressly disclaims any liability.

transportation and logistics

Based on experience, we advise you to have us deliver the high-quality rental furniture.

To ensure that no transport damage occurs, we have specially lined vehicles and our own well-trained, experienced transporters. Creativework reserves the right to refuse transport of sensitive furniture.

If you collect the material yourself or have it collected, please remember the following points:

  • In order to be able to provide your furnishings on time, we ask that you allow at least one working day's lead time
  • Plan to include helpers for loading and transport
  • Come with a suitable vehicle (furniture van WITH LIFT)
  • Provide thick blankets to protect furniture in the vehicle
  • Bring the original contract with you
  • We decline any liability for damage caused by our own transport

General rental conditions Creativework AG

Basis: Swiss Code of Obligations

Contract duration:

The rental begins and ends according to a separate rental agreement, shown as an order confirmation.

Payment:

The rent is to be paid at the start of the rental period. If the landlord agrees to pay by invoice, this must be paid within 10 days. The right to reminders and default interest is reserved. Creativework AG reserves the right to subsequently invoice stated discounts in full if payment is not made on time!

Deposit:

Creativework AG reserves the right to demand a deposit from the customer for the duration of the rental agreement for any damage and repairs that may arise

Insurance:

The tenant is fully responsible for the rental items, in particular for fire and water damage, theft and damage caused by improper use. It is advisable to take out insurance for this.

Settlement of damages:

In the event of repairs due to damage to the rental furniture, Creativework AG will charge for new upholstery, carpentry or painting work and other repair expenses with a separate invoice. The same applies to the activities of our delivery and operational staff, which are charged according to our valid hourly rate of CHF 120.00.

Off-peak times additional effort:

Staff deployments during off-peak times and on weekends are charged at CHF 150.00 per hour; the flat rate is to be paid on site in cash. Delivery/collection during off-peak times must be announced at least 24 hours in advance.

Storage & Logistics Employees:

(Only for customers in connection with event operations). A storage space is pre-invoiced at CHF 160.00 / m2, the hourly rate for a logistics employee is CHF 120.00 including forklifts and equipment.

Transport & Logistics:

Based on experience, we advise you to have the rental furniture delivered by us. To ensure that no transport damage occurs, we have specially lined vehicles and well-trained, experienced transporters. Creativework reserves the right to refuse transport of sensitive furniture. If you collect the material yourself or have it collected, please keep the following points in mind: -In order to be able to provide your furnishings on time, we ask that you leave at least one working day's lead time. Plan to have helpers for loading and transport. Come with a suitable vehicle (furniture transporter WITH LIFT). Provide thick wool blankets to protect the furnishings in the vehicle. Bring the original contract with you. We decline any liability for damage caused by our own transport. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PROTECTIVE BLANKETS, TENSION SET OR SIMILAR! If the transport vehicle is unsuitable or protective material is missing, the furniture will not be handed over.

Unloading / assembly and dismantling:

Assembly is not included in a transport flat rate. Our transporter delivers the material to the agreed venue. A maximum of 1/2 hour is allowed for loading and unloading. Please ensure that, in addition to the project manager, there are enough staff available on site for assembly/dismantling. We will be happy to provide you with additional staff for assembly and dismantling work upon request. This is billed by the hour. The deployment begins and ends at the central warehouse at Attikon b. Winterthur. For long distances, it is worth ordering your own staff, which can be booked regionally.

Maintenance: Any defects must be reported to the landlord immediately by telephone. The landlord will do everything possible to repair the damage as quickly as possible or to replace the defective rental material. If the defect cannot be remedied within a reasonable period of time or if no replacement material can be provided, the maximum rental amount for the relevant material will be deducted. Under no circumstances can the tenant claim compensation.

Liability/fire protection regulations: Compliance with cantonal and local fire protection regulations is the responsibility of the tenant. Creativework AG expressly disclaims any liability.

Duty of care:

The rental items must be treated carefully and appropriately and must not be changed. The tenant is liable for all damage caused by improper use. Any repairs may only be carried out by the landlord. Creativework AG declines all liability in the event of material damage to the rental material and any personal injury or consequential damage to third-party property.

Retention of title:

The rental items are the property of Creativework AG and are left to the tenant for use at the agreed location. The tenant may not sell, pawn or sublet the rental property and must refrain from any actions that violate the landlord's property rights. In the event of any seizures or retentions, the tenant is obliged to inform the debt enforcement office of the rental agreement and to notify the landlord immediately, with the consequence of compensation.

Cancellation:

If the event is canceled or postponed, or the confirmed services are canceled in whole or in part, the expenses incurred will be offset and a percentage of the confirmed order amount will be invoiced. The following rates apply: Cancellations up to 10 days before the start of the conference: 50% of the order amount, all short-term cancellations: 75% of the order amount. If the landlord is able to use the reserved material for other purposes on the canceled dates, the corresponding amount will of course be deducted. If Creativework AG has already carried out preparations or other work that exceeds the cancellation costs, Creativework AG is entitled to invoice the tenant for the actual expenses incurred.
